I have a Diploma in Coach Supervision
(9-month study, 40 hours of supervision practice, case-study and exam) Fully aligned with EMCC, AC and ICF frameworks.
I am PCC ICF Accredited Coach
(Over 500 hours paid coaching experience, over 125 education hours, over 10 mentoring hours).
I am part of the Training team at The Coaching Academy - The UK’s leading provider of ICF accredited life coaching courses and training. I teach the core competencies of coaching, as well as the Trauma-Awareness and Coaching CPD.
I have extensive CPD in Holistic Coaching, Family Systems, Transactional Analysis, Mental Health First Aid, DISC, Neuroscience, Neurodivergence, Nutrition and Stress Resilience and Trauma-Informed Leadership.
I have professional coaching experience building my own practice as a recovery & life coach, a coaching business owner and working as an associate in organisational coaching in both the public and private sector.
I have lived experience of overcoming hardships: addiction, burnout, mental ill-health, CPTSD, workaholism and codependency.
