Recovery and The Rest - July 2025

Recovery and The Rest with Ellen Woods and Mandy Manners discusses recovery and the rest. The real story of what it’s like to be in long term sobriety, how we have and continue to discover what it means to be well, take care of ourselves and grow through life challenges. For both of us being sober is the cornerstone of our lives. This podcast is the anything and everything that comes up along the way. 

R&R is intended to be conversational rather than instructional, we encourage each person to design, discover and be proud of their own sobriety tools. We celebrate all roads to recovery and criticise none. This podcast is our own personal stake in the sand, to our own continued commitment to nurturing our recovery.

The Love Sober Podcast - 2018 to 2022

The Love Sober Podcast was the first UK Podcast focusing on women and sobriety. We discussed motherhood, socialising, and creating a life we loved sober. The weekly episodes featured many guests including authors, speakers, members of the Love Sober Community, friends and those that inspired us. It was a conversation for the sober and sober curious. We recorded 176 episodes together, and the podcast has had over 500k downloads.
