My coaching is focused on creating sustainable change rooted in an individuals values and supported by holistic wellbeing tools for living.
Whether you identify as having experienced trauma, or chronic stress. We can all benefit from the nurturing relationship with a coach to get curious about our nervous system, beliefs and how to tap into our authentic inner knowing creating a fertile space for growth and change.

I am a very logical & practical person; I listen out to key words, themes and narratives and ask questions to guide you to find your own path.
I see problems like a puzzle or a maze there is always a way out or a bridge we can build, and it’s a lot easier when you have a support on your side.
I work with a holistic integrative trauma-informed approach. To show up for you, where you are at to highlight and meet your needs.
It’s starts with cultivating trust with each other, so that you can build trust in yourself.
Working with me allows you to gain perspective, break through negative self-doubt, shift patterns of behaviour which keep you stuck, to create a life you feel proud of.
Ultimately, I have learned a lot of lessons through work, life, hardship and recovery and now I use them to help you craft your next steps.
